Dr Dalize Willemse is a general practitioner with a special interest in aesthetic, anti-ageing and cosmetic medicine. She completed her BSc Psychology at the University of the Free State in 1992. She also obtained a medical degree at the Stellenbosch University five years later. She completed her two-year internship at the Groote Schuur Hospital and one-year community service at Malmesbury Provincial Hospital.
She started her own practice in 2000 and worked as a general practitioner for seven years. During this time she developed an interest in aesthetics and started attending courses and congresses in aesthetics. In 2009 she started her own aesthetics practice in Malmesbury and also started working for the Renewal Institute on a part-time basis.
According to her, the best part of her job is the smiles on her patients' faces after a treatment. She is also a member of The Aesthetic and Anti-aging Medicine Society of South Africa. She appreciated the professionalism and vast array of treatment options at the Renewal Institute and is now employed on a full-time basis at the Renewal Institute.
